is a design project by vadim sztepa, who is a ukrainian, british, canadian, divorced, married, non-binary, queer, 42 year old, Ivy League educated, architect, based in nyc. the project is an exploration of spatial, theoretical, sound based, and material ideas outside of the constraints of capital, physics, and reality.
